Well it's been quite a rollercoaster..
Of course losing Lenny was a huge blow. After seven years I miss him like mad. However I have an absolute policy of never discussing other professionals or my owners' private matters, whatever my personal feelings - which is hard at times (especially when I read wildly inaccurate speculation on the internet!), but suffice to say that Donald was very disappointed that we did not go to the Olympics and that none of us hate each other!!
Anyway, since then a lot has happened. We've moved (which is lovely - after all these years running yards it feels rather holiday-like!) By we, of course, I mean my team of horses and Alison Berman, my good friend and super jockey extraordinaire. At the moment we are based with my lovely friend and VERY long term owner, Judy Firmston Williams. I'm teaching clinics all over the place, which I love, and am luxuriating in riding my horses without having to sort out the rat man or worry about the rota!! NO MORE HEALTH AND SAFTEY POLICIES TO WRITE (every cloud ....)
We are shortly moving to a new permanent base which we are really excited about.
So that's a quick update There will be more later and I'll introduce you to the new horses on the team as soon as I've worked out how to use my new scanner!
Thanks for reading. Back soon,
Ax

Lenny and I try out new music..
Lenny and I at Gut Aichet - A high profile national German show in South Germany, which has O judges (of Olympic level). This was the first time I rode my new Kur, so it was pretty hairy trying to keeep up! We scored 71.85 and came third which I was thrilled with.
